Junior Bison Softball Skills Camp

The Junior Bison Camp is designed for those younger players who are looking to improve their skills in all areas of the game. Basic level skills on hitting and defense will be taught, including mechanics of the swing, bunting, fielding ground balls and fly balls, and throwing. Base running will also be covered, and we will finish up with our traditional Whiffle Ball tournament. Campers will be divided into groups, each with a leader, so that they may receive as much individual attention as possible. Camp instructors will include current Lipscomb staff and players. Limit of 60 participants.

Location: Draper Diamond at Smith Stadium-Nashville, TN

Check in: Camp registration will take place 45 minutes prior to the start of camp in Draper Diamond at Smith Stadium

Required materials: campers should bring cleats, glove, bat, helmet, batting gloves, sun screen, and tennis shoes (in case of rain). All personal items must be clearly marked with names (bats, gloves, water bottles, etc.)

Meals: Campers may bring snacks and drinks for short breaks; water will be provided. Lunch will NOT be provided by Lipscomb.

Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF CAMP.
